The Digital Transformation department’s mission is to assist our 192 national Red Cross and Red Crescent societies on their digital transformation journey. By leveraging the power of data and digital technology, we aim to improve the relevance, speed, quality, accessibility, and resilience of humanitarian services to people in need. Second, the aim is to increase the sustainability of our humanitarian mandate and with it, performance, technical, social, and resource accountabilities.
